At this time we only ship within the continental USA. International Shipments will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding

Packages are being shipped out within 7 business days, usually much sooner.

For your convenience please do not wait until last minute to place your order. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is a big cause of shipping delays. You will be assessed the $10 fee for address change.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or Fedex delays. Orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. We ship via USPS and Fedex and a signature is always required.
If you’re not available to receive and sign for the package, please contact the carrier to arrange pickup at the closest location.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments


If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact fedex and start
an investigation which can take up to 10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending FEDEX outcome of the investigation of the situation.
